  • Do you ever book more than one wedding per day?
    Absolutely not. Each wedding booked reserves us for the entire day, even for elopements. We can't risk any issues that may arise with double booking, and we simply don't want anything to take our focus away from you.
  • Do you have a replacement photographer in case there’s an emergency and you’re unavailable?
    We have a team of replacement photographers for any and all circumstances. Our team is scattered throughout the New England area and are ready at a moments notice.
  • Do you bring a lot of equipment?
    We actually don't. We carry backup equipment just in case, but our standards are to appear as flies on the wall. Virtually unseen yet present everywhere. Bulky gear and extensive lighting equipment are unnecessary for our photography style. That being said, we have all the necessary equipment for any environment. But when you see us in action, you'll likely see 1-2 cameras and maybe a small camera bag. There will never be instances where we set up bulky equipment that negatively impact your wedding environment.
  • Do you take breaks throughout the day?
    We take a handful of short breaks throughout the day for longer wedding days. The longest break is typically during dinner, as it's typical for us not to photograph people eating. Besides that, we may have a light rest in between important photo ops or transitions. These are mostly impromptu and taken whenever possible, although we understand breaks are not always guaranteed.
  • Do you offer sneak previews of our photos a few days after the wedding?
    We do! We like to deliver about 5 photos within 2-3 days of your wedding to give you a sneak peak into your wedding gallery.
  • How will you send me the photos?
    All photos are delivered in a private online gallery where photos can be downloaded from directly. We also offer flash drives with your entire wedding gallery at no extra charge, just let us know and we'll get that mailed over. We also keep the photos forever and can always have them resent to you upon request. They are never deleted.
  • What does the booking include?
    Each booking comes with a second photographer, private online gallery, hundreds of photos and a set number of coverage hours (depending on the package you choose). All bookings come with a set contract that guarantees our promises to you and insures our services.
  • I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?
    All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost. This deposit cannot be returned and serves as a cancellation fee should your plans change. If you decided to pay in-full prior to your wedding day, 50% refunds are available should you cancel services more than 30 days prior. Any cancellations falling within 30 days of your wedding day will not be refunded.
  • Are you absolutely sure you won’t miss our wedding?
    We won't miss it for anything. Should any emergencies arise, we always have a team of backup photographers at the ready. No matter the situation, we are guaranteed to be there. Communication regarding this is our top priority.
  • Do you charge any travel fees?
    We have flat-rate travel fees depending on the location of your wedding. Please visit the bottom of our Pricing page to determine these fees.
  • When will we get our photos?
    All photos are delivered within 2-3 weeks after your wedding day depending on which package you've booked. Please visit our Pricing page to determine exact photo delivery times based on the packages we offer.
  • What is your general photography style?
    Our photography style is best described as candid and unposed. Think of us as your team of personal paparazzi, simply capturing the day as it happens. In terms of actual editing style, we tend to use warmer tones and green hues to compliment the actual wedding day, although our focus is actually highlighting the wedding theme chosen by the couple. Our style leans towards artistic lifestyle as we focus on moments as they happen without things being too posed.
  • Can we request a specific style for our photos?
    You absolutely can, and we'll do our best to reflect the style you prefer. It will ultimately fall under the artistic lifestyle category of photos overall, but feel free to let us know if you prefer posed/unposed, warm/cool tones, or a dark moody/light airy vibe. Our team of skilled photographers can make it happen just for you.
  • What photography services do you offer?
    We offer engagement sessions, elopement packages and wedding packages.
  • Do you have experience photographing low light environments or tight spaces?
    We most certainly do. We've photographed all settings including total darkness (night time), harsh daylight during those mid-day hours, snow storms and many other challenging lighting environments. We ensure we have the right equipment for all challenges that may arise.
  • Do you offer prints?
    We currently do not offer any form of physical prints. It would be a disservice to offer expensive prints when you can likely have your photos printed for a low price both locally or online.
  • Is photoshop retouching, color adjustments or other corrective services included in my booking?
    Your digital wedding photo album includes basic photoshop retouching, expert color adjustments and standard corrections. Any extensive photoshopping/retouching desired after receiving the photos can be completed on a case-by-case basis. We try not to manipulate photos where they appear unnatural - our goal is to reflect your day as realistic as possible while adding our artistic style to your gallery.
  • Do you work with traditional film or digital?
    While film is fun and timeless, we only work with digital format equipment.
  • Will you help us with posing and a shot list?
    Of course! Most weddings follow a general timeline with important moments that need photos. We can guide you through your own timeline and determine which moments you'd like included in your personalized shot list.
  • Are you positive you will capture all of the important parts of our wedding day?
    Absolutely, we never miss any details. We review the most important parts of your wedding day with you to confirm a shot list and reference that the day of. Our team follows a set checklist with timeframes to ensure this.
  • What happens if the weather turns bad?
    We're there for you during rain or shine - snow or heat wave. No matter the conditions, we're guaranteed to show up. And if you need to reschedule your day or move it to another location, we will accommodate.
  • Are we required to offer you or your photography team a meal?
    You are not required to offer us any meal services. Our team will not expect this from you, but we also won't turn you down should anything be offered. We encourage our team to bring their own snack or eat prior/afterward. Please don't feel you need to feed us, this is your day!
  • How long have you been capturing weddings?
    I've been capturing weddings since 2016, and many of these weddings have been all across the country. From the massive mountains of the Cascades to the flat plains of tornado valley, I've nearly captured it all. I have personally photographed over 100 weddings, and everyone in our team has been capturing weddings for years. It's our absolute specialty. - Hazel
  • How many photographers do you have on your team?
    Our permanent team consists of 4 seasoned and skilled photographers. We also have more than a dozen on-call photographers throughout the New England area for any situation where they're needed.
  • Do you have insurance?
    We do. All of our photographers are insured, our equipment is insured, and our services are insured. Not only does this keep our team safe, but it more importantly keeps our couples safe. It's the minimum standard for us.
  • Are you able to use or sell our photos?
    Via the booking agreement, we are not allowed to sell your photos or use them outside of any publications, social media or personal portfolios. You can, however, opt our of having your photos displayed anywhere online by us.
